Private Community - Discord

Our Private Community is a secure Discord server for youth aged 13-17. Membership is granted only after a verification call with a parent or guardian.

Through automated moderation and adult supervision, we protect against unwanted content and promote positive interactions in a faith-based setting.

Is Discord safe?

Discord can be daunting but it is also the predominant gamer platform. Our community gives your child the opportunity to safely learn how to operate Discord while providing them a starter friend group that have all been verified.

Kids who game regularly will naturally find online communities of gamers. We believe in providing kids a starter community where they can learn the skills to navigate the communities they will inevitably join.

Adult Moderation Policy

Our admin team runs events, teaches classes, coaches players and teams, and supervises the community to ensure a positive environment. Our employees are background checked prior to hiring.

Adults from the team will never contact your child in a private direct message. If our team needs to reach your child and they aren't responding in the Discord, we will reach out to the parents via email.

However, we do have a ticket system in which members can create a private thread with our support team. Members can report an issue, ask for assistance, or ask a question.

Platform safeguards:

  • Auto Mod

    • A 24/7 monitoring system that automatically filters out harsh language and inappropriate behavior, keeping our community as safe and respectful as possible.

  • Help Desk

    • This feature allows members to privately connect with Fellowship Esports Admins whenever they need support, guidance or to report harassment.

  • Limited Server Hours

    • The server is shut down nightly at 10 PM on school nights and 12 PM on weekends.

Teen gamers unite in a Christian esports league, strengthening their bond through teamwork and friendly competition.
