Coached Teams

Teamwork and Communication

Being part of an esports team fosters strong teamwork skills. Kids learn to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and work towards a common goal. This helps them develop social skills and the ability to work well with others, both online and offline.

Discipline and Time Management

Structured esports teams require players to balance practice, schoolwork, and other responsibilities. Kids develop discipline by adhering to schedules and managing their time wisely, which is a crucial life skill that extends beyond gaming.

Digital Citizenship and Online Etiquette

Under the guidance of a coach, kids learn the importance of good sportsmanship, respectful online behavior, and responsible internet usage. They become more aware of their digital footprint and the impact of their actions in online communities, promoting safe and positive interactions.
