That’s why we offer guarantees designed to meet both the social needs of parents and the competitive goals of young gamers: For Players: Playoff Guarantee No matter your starting skill level, if you join a Fellowship Esports team, you are GUARANTEED to qualify for the playoffs by the end of the season! Our coaches work tirelessly to ensure each player has the support, guidance, and structure they need to improve. But remember, achieving these results takes commitment from you, too. We can coach you up to the best strategies, but the other half of the work is yours. To qualify for this guarantee, players must: Have no unexcused absences No active RIOT or VALORANT bans or suspensions. Actively participate in feedback and training exercises. Complete any assigned gameplay reviews or drills on time. If you meet these requirements and the team doesn’t make the playoffs, your team fees will be refunded. For Parents: Age-Group Guarantee We understand how important it is to know your child is in a supervised, appropriate environment with peers their own age. We guarantee that each team will be constructed of youth aged 13–17, ensuring a group that aligns socially and developmentally. Our entire program is designed with youth safety, growth, and enjoyment in mind. Every team member is verified and every coach is vetted, so parents can feel assured of a positive experience tailored specifically to their child’s age and interests. By honoring these commitments, we aim to build both skills and meaningful connections for our players, season after season.
